If you really love your body, nothing can stop you from seeking alternatives. It only takes sheer perseverance to make some changes and embrace another way of keeping yourself fit. It is only a matter of mind setting. Now, it does not mean that since you cannot afford power vitamins, you should deny your body of fitness and proper nutrition.
